I am an experienced ICF coach, accredited in psychometric tools with qualifications in learning, organisation development and psychology. I love learning and use the latest thinking from positive psychology and neuroscience in my work.
I use coaching and consulting to help people become clear on their purpose and goals and make transformational shifts in how they achieve them.

How I work
For 1:1 coaching, we will design a package that works for you, usually 4 to 6 sessions
Highly flexible working face to face, virtual, 1:1, group and shadow coaching in everyday life
I draw on a wide range of styles, theories, tools and techniques to unlock your potential
If I shadow coach you, I will be with you in real life situations and provide coaching in the moment to transform your behaviour
