About Pinnacle

I'm Gary Armstrong and I founded Pinnacle to help teams, leaders and individuals make meaningful changes to deliver sustainable high performance.

My associates and I develop senior teams through facilitation and coaching, deliver leadership development programmes and provide 1:1 executive coaching.

I bring 25+ years experience as a strategic leader navigating high-stakes global operations across the life sciences, professional services sectors and the major projects sectors.

As an accredited coach and team coach, I focus on high-impact, 'in-the-room' development.  I swap abstract theory for evidence-based approaches that deliver immediate, measurable results.

I balance my work with global corporate clients by advancing the capabilities of leaders and teams within SMEs.

Outside of work, I’m a keen runner and cyclist; I believe finding joy on the road matters as much as winning the race.
