How does the process work?

I follow a simple but powerful process:

  1. Diagnosis:  a deep understanding of you and your team is essential to success.  Through interviews and other data collection I work to understand the current state of your team's performance, development and group dynamics

  2. Design:  working with the leader, sponsor and other stakeholders I will design a series of interventions to address blockers and opportunities 

  3. Hands-on team working:  I put in to practice the custom designed solutions, working with you and your team in a way that builds your culture and at your chosen pace 

  4. Evaluate and feedback:  through surveys and interviews I will understand the impact of our work and help you plan your next steps​

What does the hands-on work look like?

Each team is special and at a unique point in its journey.  Hands-on work will be custom designed and may involve:

  • Strategy and vision workshops

  • Events to build to team trust and improve group dynamics

  • Culture design workshops to mindfully build your team's values, beliefs and behaviours

  • Operational process design to drive performance, enhance problem solving or deliver innovation

  • Group coaching in real-time to address unhelpful patterns

  • Skill building in groups of 1:1 settings to lift overall capability

  • Leadership coaching or 1:1 work with key individuals to enhance team performance

The right solution may be blend of a number of things agreed with you as part of the design process.
