Leadership as "loving service"

I was incredibly struck by what Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, said about the Queen's leadership when he spoke at her funeral.

He would have known the congregation was packed with leaders - heads of state, politicians, organisational leaders. I think he chose his words brilliantly and they are piercing. They have stayed with me since and made me reflect on some big questions.
